Hey Lars, I've temporarily reverted the changes, as they've caused some major disruption in the site's appearance. What seems to be the problem and how can I help? I'm the janitor 'round these parts, so I think I can do the revamp. :) Tagaziel (talk) 12:28, 11 April 2017 (UTC)
- No problem! I just reverted them because blanking Hydradark created an unholy union of the default skin and common.css alterations. If you want to experiment with the existing CSS, try User:Rockylars/Hydradark.css, as personal css will always load after the default site-wide one and helps to fine tune the appearance. CSS changes[edit source]
Hey there! Just wanted to leave you a note regarding the CSS changes here on the site. The overall look was nice, but it was breaking core elements of the site including the wiki editor, user profile pages, preferences, etc. along with changing/moving around core elements that should never be touched like the footer and ad layout. This all falls under the wiki design rules which are outlined here: Wiki design rules.
I copied all the CSS to your personal CSS so you could still play around with it. It can be found here: User:Rockylars/Common.css. This allows you to test out CSS changes and it will only affect what you see on the site.
I hope that you understand the reasoning behind the reversion and continue to contribute to this wiki. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification. Thanks. --Alianin (talk) 20:31, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
